Zero discharge technology for wastewater
Process Introduction
The zero discharge technology for high difficulty wastewater is a core technology independently developed by Jingyuan Environmental Protection, including pretreatment, membrane concentration, electrocatalytic oxidation, and flue bypass (or MVR) evaporation crystallization unit. This technology has the characteristics of compact equipment, small footprint, low investment and operating costs, high efficiency, energy conservation, stability, and high water reuse rate. Jingyuan Environmental Protection's high difficulty wastewater zero discharge technology can provide owners with a comprehensive solution for industrial wastewater zero discharge with multiple process routes, which has wide applicability.
Technical characteristics
1. Professional design: Professional software HTRI and ASPEN are used for professional design, and CFD flow field simulation is performed on the zero discharge wastewater system to achieve optimal design parameters;
2. Stable operation: Our wastewater zero discharge system has advantages such as pressure reduction, uniform flow field integration, and automated control; Variable frequency control, with high flexibility in system operation; The crystallization system has less scaling and scarring, and the system operates stably;
3. Small footprint: Compared to multi effect and MVR evaporative crystallization systems, our wastewater zero discharge system adopts a rotary atomizer/dual fluid atomizer, which has the advantage of small footprint;
4. Low investment cost: Compared to multi effect evaporation and MVR technology, bypass flue high-temperature flue gas evaporation technology has the advantage of low investment cost.
Applicable scope
This technology is applicable to fields such as desulfurization wastewater from power plants, high salt wastewater from steel mills, petrochemical salt wastewater, high salt wastewater from papermaking, high salt wastewater from mining, and salt wastewater from coal chemical industry.
