Denitrifying deep bed filter equipment
Process Introduction
Denitrifying deep bed filter is currently the mainstream process for upgrading domestic sewage treatment plants, which integrates the removal of SS, TP, and TN. The effluent can meet the Class A standard of GB18918-2002.
This filter is a gravity flow sand filter, where raw water flows into the inlet channel above the filter, passes through a new type of quartz sand homogeneous filter material, support layer, new filter bricks, and finally flows out from the distribution channel or collection channel at the bottom. After adding a carbon source to the influent, the deep bed filter can be converted into a denitrification filter, which can significantly remove nitrate nitrogen in wastewater, thereby achieving the goal of reducing TN.
The complete set of denitrification deep bed filter equipment can be manufactured into integrated equipment or implemented as a process package in water treatment engineering.

1. Stable effluent with good denitrification, phosphorus removal, and SS removal functions: TN<10mg/L, TP<0.3mg/L, SS<5mg/L;
