Ultrafiltration reverse osmosis technology
Process Introduction
Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis are advanced membrane separation technologies. Ultrafiltration is a pressurized membrane separation technology that effectively blocks colloids, proteins, microorganisms, and large organic molecules. Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation operation that uses pressure difference as the driving force to intercept all soluble salts and organic matter with a molecular weight greater than 100 Da, separate solvents from the solution, and ultimately achieve the goal of purifying water quality.
Technical characteristics
1. High tensile and compressive strength: Ultrafiltration adopts a blended membrane silk preparation process to achieve near zero wire breakage rate; Reverse osmosis adopts innovative membrane preparation technology and is resistant to high pressure;
2. Low cost and energy-saving: ultrafiltration has high pure water flux and low membrane resistance; Reverse osmosis adopts innovative membrane components, low pressure reduction, energy saving, and anti clogging of flow channels;
3. Pollution resistance: Ultrafiltration uses PVDF polymer with high strength and strong tolerance; External pressure structure, with a large amount of dirt absorption, easy to clean; Reverse osmosis adopts innovative polymerization interface, which is resistant to cleaning and membrane fouling;
4. Widely applicable: The nominal pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane is 0.03 μ m. Adapt to various purified water quality; Based on patented hydrophilic modification technology, the hydrophilicity of membrane fibers is greatly improved.
Applicable scope
This technology is suitable for fields such as wastewater reuse, seawater desalination, brackish water desalination, ultra pure water, zero discharge of wastewater, and special separation.
